Bellariffic Friday - Sketch 19

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we are up to Sketch #19.

I was asked to make a special birthday card and I love making cards designed around the recipient!  This gal has fun, funky hair with a streak of fushia in it so I designed the card around that!

I stamped Blossom Loves Balloons with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Bella's Bestest paper and coloured her with copics. The paper is MME "Playdate" along with some SU Real Red.  I added a couple of enamel dots and some Wink of Stella to the balloons which you can just barely see in this picture.  It's so sparkly!
