TEASER ALERT.....Tiny Townie Hailey the Superhero!

I have a teaser for you from the new Tiny Townies line!  I absolutely LOVE this image and can imagine so many uses for it - birthday, thank you, courage, friendship - the list goes on and on.  Meet Hailey the Superhero!

I stamped Hailey onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured her with copics.  For her glasses I had to add some sparkle with my Wink of Stella pen and of course some crystal effects.

I embossed the orange background with a large circle stencil.  The sentiment "be your own hero" comes with the image and I punched that out then added a rhinestone.

Be sure to check out the Stampingbella blog for more teasers!

Bellariffic Friday - Anything Goes

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we didn't have a specific challenge or sketch, it was "Anything Goes", so I inked up this sweet little elephant called I Heart You!

I stamped I Heart You onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured the image with copics.  I stamped and cut out another balloon and popped it up so it was outside the image.  Of course, it has lots of sparkle from my Wink of Stella pen, as does her tutu!  The papers are SU Sahara Sand and MME "Memorable".

On the inside I stamped the sentiment that comes with the image.

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  We're keeping the same for next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge "ANYTHING GOES" and we hope you'll get stamping with us.

It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

TEASER ALERT.....Tiny Townie Dorothy again

I'm so excited to show you another card I made using sweet "Dorothy the Dreamer" from the new Tiny Townies line!

I love how she is so deep into her book she doesn't realize she's not alone :)

There is a sentiment that comes with this image "may all your dreams come true" which is perfect and can be used for birthdays or weddings - I love the sentiments Emily comes up with - so versatile!

The paper is BoBunny Surprise Collection.  I fussy cut Dorothy out and mounted her onto some kraft cardstock that I had stamped with the Romantic Script background stamp.  It seemed perfect for the book/reading theme.  A bit of ribbon and some crystal effects on her glasses finished off my card.

Be sure to check out the rest of the Bellababes for teasers and of course, Blogabella

TEASER ALERT.....Tiny Townie Dorothy the Dreamer

It's teaser time!  I'm so excited to show you an image from the new Tiny Townies line.....meet "Dorothy the Dreamer"!

I love Emily's story of how these Tiny Townies came to life!  Click here if you missed it.  And I hope you're checking out the Stampingbella website each day for sneek peeks and a chance to win the new images!  These Tiny Townies are super cute!!

I stamped Dorothy the Dreamer onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured her with copics.  I mounted the image onto a scallop square and just added a bit of ribbon, so the focus is on Dorothy and her buddy.  I think she's the monster in Dorothy's story come to life but of course she's a friendly monster - just look at that flower in her hair and those pretty purple horns.  She has to be friendly!

There is a sentiment that comes with Dorothy and I stamped that on the inside of the card.

Be sure to check out the rest of the Bellababes for teasers and of course, Blogabella

Okay now back to this week's challenge - we had another great sketch (#10) to work with.

Christal ordered this card especially for her Mum!

I stamped Ava Loves to Celebrate onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured her with copics.  My wink of stella pen made her dress sparkle but it's hard to see in the picture.  I added some crystal effects to the icing on the cake and it looks fab if I may say so myself!

Bellariffic Friday - One Layer Wonder

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week the challenge was "One Layer Wonder".

I stamped Bailey has a Baby onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured it with copics.  As it was just a one layer card, I did a little doodling around the edges and popped the image onto a white note card.  Easy!

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is Sketch #10 and we hope you'll get stamping with us.

It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

Bellariffic Friday - Sketch 9

It's Bellariffic Friday and this week we are up to Sketch #9.

I was itching to ink up the super cute new line "Hoppy Poppy" and for this card I used Make a Wish Hoppy Poppy.  I love that it comes with a Colourmap - which is super helpful for colouring and shading!  If you're not sure what a Colourmap is, click here and you'll see a link on the right side where Emily explains how to download your Colourmap.

I stamped Make a Wish Hoppy Poppy onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured her with copics, using the Colourmap to help with my cake shading.  I coloured over the dots on her dress with a white gel pen.

The paper is BoBunny Surprise Collection and I embossed the pale blue paper with the Fishnet Stencil.  I added a doily behind the circle image and a trio of rhinestones finished off the sketch.  On the inside I stamped the sentiment that comes with the image and stamped the image over it in a soft gray ink.

I love how quickly this card came together - colouring any of the Hoppy Poppy line takes no time at all - I highly recommend them!

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is One Layer Wonder so super fast - no layers!

We hope you'll get stamping with us.  It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

Bellariffic Friday - Another new BABE!!!!

It's Bellariffic Friday and I am over the moon about the new babe joining our team this week.  I have been a long time HUGE fan of Michele's work for ages!  Her colouring, her shading, her layout are all outstanding, in fact I used one of her layouts just two weeks ago on my April 17 Bellariffic Friday card!  So a BIG welcome to Michele!  You can click here for her blog or on my sidebar - be sure to check her out and give her a big Bella welcome.  Okay back to this week's challenge.....we had a colour inspiration photo.

It's also the first Friday of the month so that means another "featured" stamp on sale for all of May.  This month we present Lulu loves Poppies at 20% off!

I stamped Lulu loves Poppies onto Bella's Bestest paper with Memento Tuxedo black ink and coloured her with copics.  I used the inspiration photo for my layout, which was kind of fun and I was able to fit my sentiment in all the colour swatches.  I can't make a card without some Wink of Stella on it and Lulu's headband and shoes sparkle from it.  I added a small rhinestone to her hairband too.

Be sure to check out the rest of the BellaBabes and the Sistah's cards for this week on Blogabella.  Next week's Bellariffic Friday challenge is Sketch #9 and we hope you'll get stamping with us.

It's easy to play along - just ink up any current (check the website) Stamping Bella image, and email your card to Emily by next Thursday for a chance to win some Bella Bucks.

Don't forget Lulu loves Poppies is on sale all month long - check her out here!
